Just one thing here: Xavier Basketball

Martin will use the 5th year transfer rule and head elsewhere this fall. Not great news after we Semaj just declared for the NBA but Coach Mack kept recruiting for 2014 so he was already preparing for something like this. More to come!

To all of those who visit the site, thank you so much for your time here and, more importantly, for your loyalty to everything-Xavier! My sincere apologies for being a complete slacker on the site the last couple weeks. I have a new Musketeer in my household and she has taken up a lot of my free time! It didn't help me that XU was eliminated on Day 1 of the tourney! It takes a while to process a Xavier tourney loss before I can move on; will have to get better about that. But I'm back!

Much to discuss over the summer!
- Who's going? Who's staying? We know Semaj Christon is NBA-bound. Kamal Richards has opted to transfer out. (God let's hope Mack is not going anywhere!)
- We'll continuously add to Xavier's schedule on the "Schedules" page of the site as the opponents are confirmed.
- How's this fall's class looking? (Hint - Quite good!) And what's going on out on the recruiting trails for 2015?
- Going to write about our favorite Musketeers of all-time...why not, it's the off-season!

March Madness is finally upon us! Many are saying Xavier got screwed over having to play in a Round 1 play-in game but hey, you gotta play with the cards you're dealt. So, let's go up to UDump Arena and take out some frustration on NC State.

NC State is led by TJ Warren, a super scorer who was just named the ACC player of the year. Warren played AAU ball with Semaj Christon and Jalen Reynolds so they know how talented he is. NC State is a young team that is not great defensively but they've been able to slug it out head to head with the top teams in the ACC of late.

Vegas has us as a 1 or 2 point favorite. Stainbrook did practice yesterday; while he's certainly not 100%, let's hope he's close! Semaj, it's your time to take over!

I LOVE IT! Xavier vs Creighton Friday Night at 9:30. Winner heads to the Big East Finals!!!

The Muskies face off with Marquette tonight without big man Matt Stainbrook. Vegas has set the Golden Eagles as a one point favorite.

Let's see how Xavier fares in their first Big East tournament game! Can Semaj and the boys rise to the occasion with Stainbrook off the court?
